In our previous article of IBPS PO, we have described about IBPS PO online application.  To apply PO examination common written examination, a candidate should be ensure and eligible for the minimum eligibility for the given post that can be in the criteria of Educational Qualification, Age factors for category he/she belonging minimum/maximum age required, reservation quota eligibility and who can apply under reservation categories.

We are given short eligibility required for IBPS PO Online Exam application.

1] A candidate must be a citizen of India or migrated to given countries list in the latest advertisement of IBPS PO examination.

2] A candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from the recognized university

3]  A minimum age required is 20 years and maximum age limit is 30 years.   Candidates who are applying in reserved category, must check the relaxation upper limit of age in the advertisement and know how much age years for particular category, reserved category.

4] As per government reservation for person with disabilities, the reservation of 3% of the total vacancies and age limit is relaxed to 10 years that means person with disabilities whose maximum age could be 30+10 = 40 years.

This is basic requirement to apply IBPS PO examination, however, there are many other factors that should be follow by the candidates to apply the titled job post which can be available in the latest advertisement. Candidates should ensure that they must follow the given requirements in the process of recruitment time to time provided by the IBPS to go to the next level of the recruitment process that can be include prelim examination minimum marks requirement, mains minimum marks requirements and final selection would be depends on the all the eligibility and in the proportional of number of vacancies and the total qualified candidates.

What is IBPS PO Exam? - IBPS - Institute of Banking Personal Selection - conducts PO (probationary officers) examination to shortlist and select the probationary officers in bank recruitment process, as we know and in our last article you can read about how IBPS conducts the common written examination to recruit offers as well as clerks or other required vacancies post in nationalized banks of India.

IBPS conducts common written exams through which eligible graduates candidates can apply online application when IBPS opens the recruitment process for PO CWE Exams for 2016, 2017, 2018...

IBPS PO Exam also titled as IBPS Recruitment of Probtionary Officers / Management Trainees in participating Organizations IBPS CWE of PO/MT.

To apply IBPS CWE Exams, any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any participating organization listed below, as Probationary Officers / Mnagement Trainee posts is must required to register for the common recruitment process for CWE PO/MT.

IBPS Recruitment 2016 to 2020

Now let us know about upcoming Bank recruitment and bank jobs in India for 2016, 2017, 2019 and for next five years time period.

It is a overview and with confidently said that there would be largely recruitment process will drive up to 2020 year in Banking as well as financial sector which may include, Insurance sector, Banking sector, Central, State government may also drive the recruitment process to place new candidate in the government as well as private sector may also recruit the freshers as well as experienced candidates to fulfill their man power.

Upcoming Bank Jobs in India

Let us take with Banking sector, as there would be large recruitment process is still expected as by 2020 all the senior staff is retiring and thus, to fulfill their posts, long recruitment process from 2011-2012 is been taking by the recruitment board.   For Banking sector, and to say nationalized Banks, IBPS is the conduct trusty body which take place to hire right candidates and appoint them in the nationalized banks.   IBPS conduct common written exams through which the final selected candidates would appointed as Clerk or Probationary offers as per the vacancies exams and requirements by the Banks.

Now, IBPS has revised the exam pattern, where there the IBPS was taken the two tier exams before last few years, (early of 2011 all the nationalized banks had taken separate exams to hire candidates in their organisations), however now to see the competition and the flow of application, tough of war is going in banking recruitment process.

To sort out, IBPS is now taking three tier examinations which includes - Prelim+Mains+Interview.   The candidates who pass prelim will be eligible for mains and those who may qualify the mains would have to prepare for interview.  Those who may qualify interview will be selected finally.    It is not sure, whether IBPS will drive the interview process or not because as per government fresh resolutions of employee hiring process, interview process may be dropped.  All the confirmation regarding this can be clear in the latest or upcoming recruitment notifications.

However, on other hand State Bank of India, a largest and number one public sector bank (Bank's boss!!) is still running the separate recruitment process from their same old way.   SBI is not the part of IBPS recruitment process.  SBI has separate recruitment board which with they hire the employees in their pattern.

What is IBPS Prelim and Mains - IBPS CWE now, re-scheduled their exam pattern.  Now IBPS held two Common Written Exams in which first is Prelim and after completion or passed in Prelim, candidate can eligible for Mains just like central/state level exams of Commissions and finally Interviews is also there, if required.  So IBPS exam is now Three Tier exam

How To Apply IBPS CWE Clerk, PO Exams?

All the necessary information regarding how to apply bank vacancies for Clerk as well as Probationary offers exams - about educational qualification, skills, computer course, age eligibility, special vacancies, quota for categories - SC/ST/PWD, General/OBC quota and all that details to apply IBPS exams can be available in the latest recruitment notification.

It is advised that before applying any Job or exams, applicant must ensure and fulfill the necessary requirement and should read the notification, application form or advertisement so that he/she will ensure about whether he/she is eligible to apply or not.  If you're fulfilling the minimum requirements which can be either Age, Education qualification, Category for the post they are applying.

Now For Banking exams, through IBPS CWE, a candidate educational qualification is rised to minimum to Graduate for both Clerical and PO exams.  On requirements,  IBPS keep rights to change the minimum requirements depends on the number of vacancies and thus as mentioned above that IBPS has re-scheduled their exam pattern - Prelim, Mains and Interview.   We are not sure, whether IBPS held interview for their upcoming exams and selection process, as government is in process to cancel the interviews for employee hiring but, however, candidates must prepare and ready for the interviews, as it is good suggestion to be ready than not to be ready.
